Tottenham Hale International is a non profit, artists run studio space housed in a late 19th century Church in North London. Opened in 2010, the studio currently contains 10 artists, offering an affordable, innovative working environment where a critical dialogue, and open engagement are core to the studios approach. The open plan layout of the studios support these cooperative ideas, where each artist plays a key role in the running of the space. This collective share in the direction and management of T.H.I.S reflects a real need for artists to feel in control of their studio practice.
